The Translator.

If you stripped away the titles—Creative Director, Strategist, Builder—what’s left is a Translator.

I have spent my career standing between worlds: between creatives and executives, between vision and execution, between human emotion and technical systems.

I learned early that most conflict doesn’t come from bad intentions; it comes from poor translation. Leaders know what they want but not how to build it. Creatives know what they feel but not how to scale it.

My work is the bridge. I translate complexity into clarity so the work can actually get done.

THE FOUNDATION

Signal vs. Noise.

Before "content creator" was a job title, I was building infrastructure for The Mikey Show at Clear Channel (now iHeartRadio).

I pioneered the shift to on-demand audio, creating a podcasting platform long before the industry caught up. This wasn't just about recording audio; it was about understanding distribution. I learned early that the best story in the world is useless if the delivery system fails.

Building the Machine.

At North Coast Church, I moved from Editor to Video Director, tasked with a massive challenge: scaling output without burning out the talent.

I grew a team of 9 creatives producing 20+ projects weekly. My role wasn't just production; it was Air Cover. I managed the budgets, the schedules, and the barriers so my team could focus on the craft. We built a YouTube engine that drives millions of views—not by luck, but by system design.
