It depends on what you need, but my work typically covers content strategy, platform-specific planning, post creation or direction, and performance tracking. I don't hand you a content calendar and disappear. I build a system that makes consistent posting sustainable for your team or mine to execute. Every client situation is different, so we scope it together before anything starts.
How do you grow a social media following without just buying followers?
Consistent content that's actually worth watching, posted on a real schedule, in the right format for each platform. I've helped grow a social platform's following from 500K to 1.4M, and none of that came from paid followers or shortcuts. It came from understanding what the audience actually responded to and building content that kept earning attention.
Which social media platforms should a San Diego small business focus on?
That depends entirely on who you're trying to reach and what kind of content you can realistically produce. A restaurant and a B2B service firm should be on completely different platforms. I'd rather help you own one or two platforms well than spread thin across five and do none of them consistently. We figure that out together based on your audience and your capacity.
Do I need to be posting every day to see results from social media?
No, but you do need to be consistent, and consistent looks different depending on the platform. Quality and relevance matter more than raw volume on most platforms. What kills social media for small businesses isn't low posting frequency, it's going silent for weeks because there's no system. I help build the system so posting doesn't require a heroic effort every time.
